NAIDOC Week

This week the Mahercorp team celebrate NAIDOC Week!

NAIDOC stands for National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee.

This week is about encouraging all to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Inspiring all to embrace the First Nations cultural knowledge and understanding of Country as part of Australia's national heritage - this year's theme being 'Heal Country, Heal our Nation.'

The Mahercorp team will come together to participate in a group artistic piece in order to showcase aboriginal artwork.

Sharing some interesting facts and stories about Aborigine and Torres Strait Islander role models.
